Booking Policies

A credit card deposit of 50% is required to schedule an appointment. 

You may pay your service in full.

Appointment Rescheduling Policy

Due to our massage therapists’ busy schedules, we ask that if you cannot make your appointment to please call 24 hours in advance.

If we receive a notification or message less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

You may cancel appointments upon 24-hour notice before your scheduled time at no charge. 

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No Call/Show Policy

If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

IOH Tardiness

If we are late servicing you, we will extend your session for the time we are late.
